Following the consultation on changes to the MIB agreements which closed in April, the Department for Transport has published a Statement of Intent and Summary of Responses.

Following the consultation on changes to the MIB agreements which closed in April, the Department for Transport has published a Statement of Intent and Summary of Responses. The Statement explains that the DfT has entered into detailed discussions with the MIB on the changes to be introduced. A full Government response will be published after those discussions, with publication planned for “autumn 2013”.
